Upload Personal Documentation on Behalf of Others
Upload certificates and other documents for employees who can’t do it themselves.
In the Training module, select Documentation to see all employees’ personal documents. Use the dot menu to upload documentation on their behalf.
You can decide which job titles need to upload a document either by editing the mandatory documentation for a job title or by assigning the document via the relevant procedure. This ensures everyone’s certificates are collected in one place.
