Remove a Person from a Key Role

Remove someone from a key role without replacing them.

You’ll need Admin access to complete this guide.

If you want to free up a key role without assigning a replacement, open the role’s dot menu and select Remove from role. The role will then be empty. If you want to remove the role completely, delete it; it will remain available behind the Add key role button.

If a role has open feedback that hasn’t been processed, you can’t remove it. Finish the open feedback or assign the role to yourself, process the deviations and then remove the role.
